Pursuant to section 5A(4) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
John Andrew Walker, District Court Judge, of Wellington
to be Acting Chief District Court Judge for the period from 23 July 2011 to 31 August 2011.
