Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Janet Kelly
as commissioner for Barrytown School.
All functions, powers and duties of the Board of Trustees of Barrytown School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on 22 July 2011.
