Pursuant to section 78M(6) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 November 2009, No. 171, page 4131, directing the Secretary for Education to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Karori Normal School.
The following functions, powers and duties are vested in the limited statutory manager:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board in relation to property management (whether statutory or otherwise).
A limited statutory manager will also provide the board with advice on establishing procedures and processes (whether statutory or otherwise) for school-wide self-review.
This notice takes effect the day of its publication.
