Pursuant to section 54S(3) of the Commerce Act 1986,
I hereby give notice that I have extended the 1 November 2011 deadline for determination of an input methodology for Transpower New Zealand Limited’s capital expenditure proposals by a period of three months.
The Commerce Commission will now be required to determine that input methodology by 1 February 2012.
