Pursuant to section 38 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, I hereby give notice of approval of
the Immigration Advisers Competency Standards 2012, which will come into effect on 1 August 2012.
From 1 August 2012, the Immigration Advisers Competency Standards 2010 are revoked.
The 2012 standards can be viewed and downloaded free from the Immigration Advisers Authority ("Authority") website
www.iaa.govt.nz
