Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 April 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Colleen Fryett in respect of Above and Beyond Home-based Care (40341), situated at 7C Rimu Street, Gate Pa, Tauranga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
