New materials proposed to be incorporated by reference
Pursuant to section 409(2) of the Building Act 2004
("the Act"), I give notice that the following materials are proposed to be incorporated by reference into Compliance Document E2:
- CCANZ-CP 01:2011 - Code of Practice for Weathertight Concrete and Concrete Masonry Construction, Concrete and Cement Association of New Zealand.
- BRANZ EM6:2011 - Evaluation method for window and door support mechanisms or bars.
Proposed replacement of material incorporated by reference
Pursuant to sections 406(c)(ii) and 409(2) of the Act, I give notice that the material previously incorporated by reference into Compliance Documents B1 and E2, as set out in Column 1 below, is proposed to be replaced by the material in Column 2 below:

Materials proposed to be incorporated by reference may also be purchased, and are available for inspection free of charge, at the department’s national office, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
