Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Keriana Tawhiwhirangi
as commissioner for Potaka School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Potaka School are vested in the commissioner.
The commissioner’s appointment takes effect on the day this notice is published.
