Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 September 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Sharon Budge, in respect of Top Totz Childcare Centre (25344), situated at 1 Park Gardens Aqua Centre, Onehunga, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
