Notice is given that the Minister of Labour has approved the revocation of the Approved Code of Practice for Visual Display Units in the Place of Work (1995), pursuant to section 20(1)(a) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992.
This approved code will be revoked from 16 June 2011.
The ACC Computer Guidelines will replace this approved code to set out a statement of preferred work practices or arrangements for health and safety practices for work with computers.
