Further to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
17 March 2011, No. 32, page 864, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 28 and
29 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from
the Minister of Transport dated 27 November 2007,
I give notice that having received an application from
Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for Air New Zealand to code-share beyond China to Abu Dhabi as the marketing carrier
in a code-share arrangement with a third-country operating carrier, with capacity as filed with and acknowledged by
the Secretary for Transport.
The variation took effect from 26 April 2011.
