Pursuant to section 250 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Gregory Davis, District Court Judge, of Whangarei
to be an Alternate Environment Judge of the Environment Court commencing on and from 19 April 2011.
