Pursuant to section 5A(4) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Christopher John Harding, District Court Judge, of Tauranga
to be Acting Chief District Court Judge for the period from 27 June 2011 to 22 July 2011.
