2004, I, Jeremy Salmond, Acting Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 3 May 2011, Karen Sewell, Secretary
for Education, acting under delegation from the Minister
of Education, and John Whitehead, Secretary to the Treasury, acting under delegation from the Minister of Finance, gave an approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 for Ashburton College Board
of Trustees to acquire shares in Ashburton Trading Society up to an aggregate maximum value of $500.00.
