Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Kaingaroa Forest School and appoint
Colin Rangi
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Kaingaroa Forest School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
