Under section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989, I amend the Notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Linwood College (337) (as published in the New Zealand Gazette,
16 March 2011, No. 30, page 797) and appoint
Michael Rondel
as the commissioner for Linwood College (replacing Janet Kelly).
This notice takes effect on 5 May 2011.
