Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(a)(ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and
acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 November 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to
Korey Gibson in respect of Quest Health Clubs Childminding - Ferrymead (45239), situated at 1005 Ferry Road, Ferrymead, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
