Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 4(1)(a) of the Testing Laboratory Registration Act 1972, or any enactment which corresponds to, or replaces, the Testing Laboratory Registration Act 1972, the Minister of Commerce has appointed
Howard Duff, of Wellington
as a member of the Testing Laboratory Registration Council for a term of three years commencing on 9 May 2011 and expiring on 8 May 2014.
