Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for ACC has been pleased to appoint to the ACC Board
Michael John McCliskie, of Nelson (as an existing member)
to be the deputy chair commencing on 11 April 2011 and ceasing on 31 March 2012; and appoint
Paula Rebstock, CNZM, of North Shore
Gillian (Jill) Rae Spooner, of Rangiora
as members for terms commencing on 11 April 2011 and ceasing on 11 April 2014; and reappoint
Dr Marie Magdaleen Bismark, of Melbourne
as a member for an additional term ceasing on 30 June 2011.
