Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 October 2010, which
was granted under those Regulations to Tessa Purdue
in respect of The Child's Garden Homebased Education and Care (45177), situated at 97 Melbourne Street, Windsor, Invercargill.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
