I, William Henry David More, Acting Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 23 December 2010 I became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1)
of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Panda Catering (Wellington) Limited from the Register
of Companies on 23 April 2008) with rights as owner of 5,000 shares in Panda Angus Limited.
