Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Taupiri School and appoint
Jeffery Puhi (Sonny) Wilson
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Taupiri School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
