Market Licence
Pursuant to section 87U(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and
a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
6 November 2007, I give notice that Martin Matthews, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport,
having received an application from Jetstar Asia Airways Pte Ltd, of Singapore, has granted that airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights, in accordance with the 21 December 2001 Multilateral Agreement on the Liberalization of International Air Transportation, for an indefinite term with effect from 16 March 2011.
