Pursuant to section 5 and clause 1 of the Schedule to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990,
the Governor-General of New Zealand and the Minister of Transport reappoint
Bryan Stephen Wyness
to the Transport Accident Investigation Commission as a member for a term from 18 March 2011 to 30 April 2012.
