Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Janet Kelly
as commissioner for Linwood College.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Linwood College are vested in the commissioner.
The commissioner’s appointment takes effect on the day of publication.
