Pursuant to section 87J(3) of the Civil Aviation Act
1990, sections 41 and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988,
and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
6 November 2007, I give notice that having received
an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport intends to consider varying the scheduled international air service licence held by that airline in order to provide for the right to code-share beyond China to
Abu Dhabi as the marketing carrier in a code-share arrangement with a third-country operating carrier, with capacity as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.
Any person wishing to make representations to the Minister of Transport relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me at the Ministry
of Transport, PO Box 3175, Wellington 6140, on or before
8 April 2011.
