Pursuant to section 93 of the Waste Minimisation Act 2008 ("the Act"), the Minister for the Environment called for nominations for potential Waste Advisory Board members in November 2009.
Pursuant to section 93 of the Act, the Minister has reappointed
Sheryl Stivens
as a member.
The Minister has also appointed the Waste Management Institute of New Zealand's nominee
Gareth James
as a member.
All terms are for three years from the date of appointment on 3 March 2011.
