Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Claudia Wysocki
as commissioner for Rai Valley Area School.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Rai Valley Area School are vested in the commissioner.
The commissioner’s appointment takes effect on the day after this notice is published.
