Pursuant to section 87U of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and
a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
6 November 2007, I hereby give notice that Martin Matthews, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, has granted to Pacific Blue Airlines (NZ) Limited of Christchurch, New Zealand, an open aviation market licence authorising the airline to operate international air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between points in Australia and/or New Zealand, and to allow the advice of non-scheduled services on a quarterly basis in arrears.
The licence took effect from 28 February 2011.
