of Halswell Residential College (formerly Hogben School) (522)
Pursuant to section 95(1) of the Education Act 1989, the Halswell Residential College Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:
- The principal of the school;
- 1 staff representative;
- 5 parent representatives;
- Up to 4 persons:
(i) co-opted by the board; or
(ii) appointed by bodies corporate approved by the board for the purpose.
For the avoidance of doubt, sections 96, 97, 99, 101, 104 and 105 of the Education Act 1989 apply in respect of
the board.
The Hogben School Board of Trustees Notice 2001, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 September
2001, No. 119, page 3100, is hereby revoked.
This notice shall take effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
