In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:
Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, notice is hereby given that:
by its decision on 13 September 2010, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(c) of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, that the name of James Charles Morris Parlane be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors; and
by a decision on 20 December 2010, the High Court confirmed the Tribunal's order for such striking off, following an appeal against that order by the said James Charles Morris Parlane.
