under the mortgage), by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7590036.3 (Gisborne Land Registry), hereby gives notice that it entered into possession of the property situated at
5 Elsdon Best Road, Gisborne, being all the land comprised in certificate of title GS4B/1164.
The registered office of Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited is situated at 45 Queen Street, Auckland.
