Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Re: New Millennium Design Limited (in receivership),
c/o Ernst & Young Limited, 5th Floor, 34-36 Cranmer Square, corner of Kilmore Street and Cranmer Square, Chiristchurch.
In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 8109260.1 (Wellington Land Registry) (the "mortgage"):
1. On 20 October 2011, Asteron Trust Services Limited ("the mortgagee"), pursuant to mortgage 8109260.1 (Wellington Land Registry), entered into the mortgaged property.
2. The mortgaged property is the carparks of the apartment known as the Century City Apartments (Carparks
6-11, 6-12 and 6-54), located at 70 Tory Street, Wellington, and further contained in Identifiers 359039 and 381416 (Wellington Land Registry), being Units
6-11, 6-12 and 6-54 DP 388741.
