the Property Law Act 2007, that Structured Finance (NZ) Limited as mortgagee pursuant to mortgage 7190401.13 (North Auckland Land Registry), on 15 September 2011, entered into and took possession of the property comprising units numbered 307, 316, 326, 329, 341, 416, 429, 506, 507, 508, 516, 528, 530, 614, 616 and 624 and all associated accessory units at 21 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland, being the land described in certificates of title 339623, 339632, 339642, 339645, 339657, 339676, 339689, 339710, 339711, 339712, 339720, 339732, 339734, 339762, 339764 and 339772, all North Auckland Land Registry ("the property").
This notice is given by Structured Finance (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is Shed 24, Princes Wharf, Lobby 2, Level 1, 143 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.
