On 7 September 2011, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7715355.1 (Wellington Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of the property situated at Unit 124, 70 Tory Street, Wellington, being the property comprised and described in certificate of title 360197.
