TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 2 September 2011.
The description of the mortgaged land is:
- Firstly, an undivided estate in fee simple comprised
of 1012 square metres, more or less, and having
legal description Section 14 Block XL VII Town of Invercargill, being the property known as 266 Ettrick Street, Invercargill.
- Secondly, an undivided estate in fee simple comprised
of 819 square metres, more or less, and having
legal description Lot 13 Block II DP 45, being the property known as 310 Ettrick Street, Invercargill.
