Take notice that on 25 July 2011, GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7459889.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 46 Hamilton Drive, Waiuku, being all the land comprised in certificate of title NA18A/1205 (North Auckland Land Registry).
The office of GE Custodians is at 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland.
