Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Notice is given that on 6 July 2011, Aaron John Standen (trading as A J Standen Engineering), as mortgagee under a security agreement dated the 19th day of September 2008, took possession of mortgaged goods owned by Tuehi Ratapu (trading as Geyserland Engineering).
The secured goods are described as:
Victor Lathe;
Lux Milling machine; and
Uni Mig welder and tooling.
The address for the secured party in relation to these goods is c/o Keam and Associates, Suite 2, 30 Willow Street, Tauranga.
