Pursuant to Section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Take notice that on 21 June 2011, Bank of New Zealand, pursuant to mortgages of land registered as B744055.3, B746246.7 and B781801.3 and a specific security over livestock agreements dated the 27th day of May 1999, and a mortgage of dairy company shares dated the 24th day of June 2002, entered into possession of:
(a) the lands containing together 153.3240 hectares
as contained in certificates of title WNA4/1440, WN15A/1611, WN15A/1162, WN54D/723 and WN853/96 (Wellington Land Registry); and
(b) personal property, being dairy shed equipment and 120,000 shares in Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited for shareholder 103782.
