Take notice that on 21 June 2011, Bank of New Zealand, pursuant to mortgages of land registered as B746246.7, 7720291.1 and B781801.3 and a specific security agreement dated the 27th day of May 1999, entered into possession of:
(a) the lands containing together 665.5428 hectares
as contained in certificates of title WN40C/541, WN244/134, WN54A/8, 280506, 282102, 263521, 252212, WN24D/485, WND3/982, 221817, 172497 and WN153/276 (Wellington Land Registry); and
(b) personal property, being dairy shed equipment.
