In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of the mortgage over goods (under and pursuant to the general security agreement dated the
14th day of March 2008) ("the security agreement") over the following mortgaged goods ("the collateral") part
of the present and after-acquired personal property of Datasouth Business Solutions Limited (in liquidation) ("the mortgagor") that comprises:
Certain computer equipment (including computer equipment returned by customers of the mortgagor);
stock;
inventory; and
pot plants.
Notice is hereby given that on 3 May 2011,
South Canterbury Finance Limited (in receivership)
("the mortgagee") entered into possession of the collateral following the failure of the mortgagor to comply with
the terms of the security agreement.
The registered office of the mortgagee is Level 17,
34 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010.
