TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 18 April 2011.
The description of the mortgaged land is:
- Firstly, an estate in fee simple as to a one-half share in all that parcel of land containing 1057 square metres, more or less, being Lot 28 DPS 9758 and the leasehold interest of Flat 1 and Garage 1 DPS 14979, being the property situated at 1/10 Trent Place, Rotorua, and described in Identifier SA24D/687.
- Secondly, an estate in fee simple as to a one-half share in all that parcel of land containing 1057 square metres, more or less, being Lot 28 DPS 9758 and the leasehold interest of Flat 2 and Garage 2 DPS 14979, being the property situated at 2/10 Trent Place, Rotorua, and described in Identifier SA24D/688.
