goods ("the undated equipment finance loan agreement") ("the mortgage") over the following mortgaged
goods ("the collateral"):
Notice is hereby given that on 18 April 2011, Westpac
New Zealand Limited ("the mortgagee") entered into possession of the collateral:
2006 Isuzu FVZ 1400 Truck, Registration No.: DFD677, following the failure of the mortgagor, Eight Mile West Coast Limited, to comply with the terms of
the mortgage.
The registered office of the mortgagee is 53 Galway Street, Auckland 1010.
