TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) gives notice as follows:
1. On 21 March 2011, the mortgagee was granted possession of the mortgaged property by order of the High Court at Whangarei.
Possession will take place after 20 May 2011, as directed by the High Court.
2. The description of the mortgaged property is 962 Otaika Valley Road, Whangarei (Computer Freehold Register NA29C/1330) (North Auckland Land Registry).
