2011, South Canterbury Finance Limited (in receivership) ("the mortgagee") entered into possession of the collateral:
Three Mostan PG100B commercial trailers/
grandstands, registration numbers M249T, N733B and N447B following the failure of the mortgagor, Fused FX Limited, to comply with the terms of
the mortgage.
The registered office of the mortgagee is Level 17,
