Take notice that on 4 April 2011, GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6995105.3 (Hawke's Bay Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 200 Nikau Street, St Leonards, Hastings, being all the land comprised in certificate of title HBA2/489.
The office of GE Custodians is 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland.
