ASB Bank Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgages) gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 4 April 2011.
The description of the land is the properties known as
36 Jeffs Road, RD 4, Albany, Auckland and 150 Pinchgut Road, RD 3, Kaukapakapa, Auckland, and having legal descriptions as estates in fee simple, being described in certificates of title 117713 and NA34D/234 respectively (both North Auckland Land Registry).
The address to which communications relating to the mortgaged land may be addressed is Bell Gully, Level 22, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street (PO Box 4199), Auckland (Attention: N. F. D. Moffatt).
