Adventure Education Training Limited ("mortgagee") gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 1 March 2011, the mortgagee entered into possession of certain goods, subject to a security agreement dated on or about 3 July 2005, being certain fixtures, fittings, chattels, goods and equipment (including diving equipment) located at the premises formerly occupied
by Philip John Tiplady and Tracey Lynne Tiplady at
12G Puhinui Road, Manukau, Auckland.
