Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing the above-named companies from the Register on the grounds that the joint and several liquidators have completed their duties.
The liquidators have delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar.
Any objection to the removals, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar
by 5 December 2011.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.
The registered office of WRE HOLDINGS LIMITED
(in liquidation) is situated at the Robinson Building,
1110-1112 Haupapa Street, Rotorua 3040.
