the Register by Transfer of Incorporation
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993

that after 24 October 2011, it intends to apply under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from
the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the Island of Guernsey.
